    Just FYI...My Ins Com reimburses me for my monthy health club dues. I just had to have my Onc write a letter saying that because of my bc history, exercise is an important part or my long term medical needs. So...check it out. Maybe yours will too!

    I wondered about this and just havent taken the time to call......I would like to join our local club but cant afford the dues....

    Thanks Laura for doing the leg work...I will most certainly call my insurance to see what they say....I know my onco will write me a letter stating basically what yours did...

    I never even thought of this: but keeping our weight down and body limber may just help avoid those big ticket medical items such as recurrence (chronicity of bc treatments) and broken bones/hips.
