feel hard nodule under skin of implant

i am three years post double masectomy, chemo, radiation and have just felt a small hard nodule in the same area where my original lump was.. dont know if i should go to the dr. and if it should be breast surgeon or plastic surgeon... am i overreacting?  i did have recurence after double masectomy it was discovered in the skin of my breast area three years ago too..

    It is always best to have any lumps checked and IMO go to the breast surgeon first - -  might save you time get referred to the specialist.

    Get it checked out.  Hopefully it's nothing but you won't know until you get it checked out. 

    I'm not sure which doctor to see.  Maybe call the breast surgeon, explain the situation and ask if he/she is the right doctor to see.
