cleaning Prosthesis

I had a partial masectomy and just got a new prosthesis. what solution do you clean it with, they never told me? i read somewhere that all you need is a mild liquid soap. I have Johnson baby wash, would that work, or do I need a special cleanser?

I just wash it with water every second day and use soft soap and water once in a week or 2 weeks. Soon after washing I dry it with a soft cloth.

The lady who sold me mine said nothing you wouldn't use on your face.

I was told to use Ivory bar soap. It doesn't have any additives.

I use liquid Ivory or Dove pump soap - every other day with warm water, then I gently dry it with a clean washcloth. I store it in the box it came in every night.
