In the US I am wondering who would be interested in doing the same thing on the same day in Canada at Parliament Hill. I think having both countries doing it on the same day will bring out more media and it would be a great way to remember all of our loved ones that have passed away from this disease. Any interested. Hmmm I think that would be a great idea... when would the march be?  Maybe we should consider putting something together.  I assume you are on the East Coast and I am on the West Coast.

The women in the US are talking about June which is good weather for us.  If you can think of a better place let me know. I think Parliament is not is session in June and wonder would it have the right impact.  Maybe somewhere in Toronto.Pearl

Hi Bluedlia:  I live in London and we could do a march in T.O. I am hoping that many women will try and make a point of joining us for this very important awareness march.  So many women are dying are being misidiagnosed, mammograms shouldn't be recommended for women 50 and over I've noticed on this board alot of women are diagnosed much younger.  Where do you think the best place in Toronto to march would be and would we need a permit if so I will contact and pay for the permit. Still waiting for the women in US to pick a date so we can.  I was wondering about a black tshirt plain and pink noose made of rope to wear around the neck. I would be easier than graphics on a tshirt and still get the point across. Let me know your ideas and we can work from there.Pearl

Not too sure about the permit, but Nathan Phillip's Square is usually a good place to start.  If they make T-shits for the US group, maybe we could just have them make up some for us as well.  I think the T-shirts should be uniform for this event.
