    Hi,

At the home page there is this really nice article on how insulin fuels the BC cells. So I wanted to see whether anyone had any suggestion for resources /books/sites that had information on how to control nutrition to have low insulin levels. Would it be a basic diabetic / low glycemic plan ?

    Thanks !

There was a suggestion for -ow carb, -ow fat diet and exercise. One can have norma- g-ucose numbers and yet have a higher insu-in-- missing a -etter .need new keyboard-hint to kids. Exercise makes the bodies use of insu-in more efficient so -ess is needed to keep g-ucose norma- None of the women were diabetic and the higher insu-in seemed more significant in younger women. Wou-d -ike to have known hormone status. Beth  This reads -ike a third grade worksheet. I am sorry.Beth

Check out the book The Insulin Resistance Diet by Hart and Grossman. I think they just put out a new edition.

    Exercise, exercise, exercise.
