Crockpot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Another yummy and nutritious party idea!

Crockpot Artichoke Spinach Dip

2 cups frozen cut leaf spinach

14 oz. can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup purchased Alfredo sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise (can use Light)

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1-1/2 cups shredded Havarti cheese

Thaw spinach and drain well, pressing to remove water. Chop spinach and combine with rest of the ingredients on low setting for 2-3 hours. Dip cubes of bread, pita chips or tortilla chips.
