It's my 1000th post!

I am going to make this post a celebratory one. One thousand posts ago, I stumbled across this site and asked some questions, and cried some tears.
Everyone here offered their answers, experiences, and a hanky to dry my eyes.
It really feels like a silly rite of passage that I have posted that many times! I think of the women who at one time had "pooh-bah" by their names (remember that?), or the ones who have posted 6000 times, and how I would think, "if they say it, it's gotta be true!"
I know that there are women here who have only posted 10 times, but have been around the cancer block way more times than they care to remember, so please don't think I am taking away from your knowledge at all. Like I said, this is a silly rite of passage for me.
With cancer, you just gotta celebrate each moment!
I just want to say thanks for being there for me in a way that nobody else could in these past 2+ years.
1000 posts down, zillions more to go. Love and prayers, Deb

Happy 1000th !! Here's to the next 1000.
Isabella.

Woo Woo 1000 posts. I know I am getting close.
-
Congrats Deb!! I know a particular post of yours touched me in many ways! Here is to 1000 more!!
-
Congratulations!!!
I'm embarrassed at how many I've posted. Please don't look!!!
-
I think that is cool! Did you celebrate each time you hit the thousand mark?
I know, probably not....I'm such a nerd.....
-
Very cool, Deb
! I have no idea how many posts I've made, but will see the number once I hit "Submit" here! Anyway, maybe you've made it to "Carpal Tunnel"...that was one of the categories for the wisest of us, the "old-timers." For once in my life, I'm thrilled to have that category apply to me...I mean, consider the alternative!
And FWIW, I consider your nerdiness one of your most endearing characteristics! (another being your enthusiastic, adventurous nature...and you know what I mean
!)!

Ravdeb-you'd have been beyond the poobah category by now, right?
-
I just hit my 1000th post too a couple of weeks ago. I did not celebrate but now I wish I had. I also thought hitting 100 posts was a big deal way back about 9 months ago.
-
Oh ... I feel like such a freshman. Congratulations on your 1000th... that's alot of posts but I can see it happening to me too. So many wonderful women here who really get it.
-
I don't know bandteacher..I can't remember the names anymore!
Kinda like the funny names. I do remember being happy to move out of newbie, though! How silly is THAT?
