I'm sorry this is still dragging on.  I hope your mom can find support but think you need to get some too.  I think some counselling might help deal with all the anger.

Sadly, Bobbie might get away with this and since none of us were there and there was alcohol and guns involved, she might have been  scared - of course that would be the time to seek the shelter, not saying she was justified.

Remember you brother for the good in him and try not to let your anger take the joy out of your life. Bobbie has taken enough.
