    Hi

I'm new to this, so bare with me. I am a soon to be 3 year bc survivor. My question is, does anyone have information or experience in vaginal bleeding after chem-induced menopause and if so, should I have worries of a possible spread of cancer to my uterus?

I would go to the gynecologist and get a vaginal ultrasound to see what the problem is.

    Good luck.

I agree you need to tell your DR. In my BC group a few of us have vaginal bleeding. We all told our oncologists. We were told our periods had come back. Hormonal BC gets shots and if it doesn't stop they will take her uterus. I'm a trip. neg., so I guess it isn't a big deal. Our periods are not usually regular though.

Sorry, she will have her ovaries taken as well.
