  I ran across a very good cooking site with the very unlikely name of Cooking for Engineers and it happened to have a good recipe for all that carrot pulp left over after juicing.

  Susie, the engineer guy's carrot cake commentary is pretty amusing, but my favorite part was the flow chart (sort of ) for the recipe directions.  Thanks!
