TripNegs and Estrogen

I'm wondering if TripNegs need to avoid estrogen and things that can mimic estrogen in the body, like parabens. Seems like parabens are everywhere in cosmetics and lotions. After i was dx'd, a health food store owner told me to avoid parabens, but she didn't know i was tripneg.

Any thoughts?

I was still told to avoid estrogen and the things that mimic it. What I was told about our type of cancer cells is that they don't know what makes them multiply and grow. It's that unknown factor and I should still avoid.

I have even read a few places where doctors will prescribe anti-estrogen therapy for triple negatives, too! I guess the thinking is that all tumors are not necessarily homogenous and can contain a few er/pr+ cells as well.  I think that makes sense. I think it is more reasonable to believe that certain cells were there all along and not responding to treatment rather than the cancer just "outsmarting" treatment and changing its pathology.
