Wendy---My Pain management Doctor is experimenting with me to pump up my immunity and to get my body to start producing endorphins again.

He just put me on it, and is using it on his patients with MS. You have to have it made up by a compounding pharmacy.  You really have to have a really trustworthy Compounding Pharmacy because certain fillers will interfere with the LDN capsule and the SR or time released versions of Naltrexone

will not work.  I'm very excited to be part of his study--- Supposedly they are having success with auto-immune conditions such as Crohns.

It is an orphan drug so there is absolutely no incentive for pharmaceutical companys to produce it.  Its been off patent for years and is already approved by the FDA to treat opiate abuse at the 50 mg dose.

But we are talking about an almost homeopathic dose of 3 to 4 mg. however you do need a prescription for it.

Here are two sites that will give you some info.
