Anyone have a success story about a brain detox product for use after chemo? I need one badly.

    Lisa,

An alternative or integrative md or naturopathic md that specializes in detoxification could help you. You can see if anyone of them specialize in cancer detoxification and medication detox. Don't try it on your own. I think a good detox will include enemas, most recommend coffee enemas and even colonics. You have to get an expert to help you detox your body and its' organs because it can be unsafe if you don't know what you are doing. It can be hard on your kidneys etc., if you don't do it correctly. So get some expert help here. Good luck. PS. Just to learn a little you can go to Amazon.com and Look at the five star ratings on detoxification and cancer detoxification books.

    Sincerely,

    Julie

Thanks, Julie. I did my first at-home detox in January (my NY resolution) but that was before I knew I had cancer. I probably should go for a consult. I was just hoping to get the ball rolling. Someone mentioned to me that sea veggies are great for brain detox.

Thanks for sharing your information Lisa. I love learning as much as I can and I will look into the "sea veggies" myself for my mom. Wonder if it has to do with the Iodine? Breatscancerchoices.org has some information about Iodine.

    Sincerely,

    Julie

    breastcancerfund.org is another good site.
