I'm falling apart, getting old or both!Undecided  Here's my list of aches and pains.

  • my elbow hurts - think it's from carrying Samuel's carrier

I have a pain my rib that I've had off and on since last year (don't know if I should call on this one)

My shoulders hurt - could barely lift one this past weekend

My shoulder blades hurt off and on

    My chest hurts - tight

I cough - not a lot but enough to worry

I have a hard time catching my breath at times - linked to tight chest.

I don't know if I should call my onc on any of this!!!!!! Tired of calling him and vowed to not call between appt. this time.  I don't have an appt till Jan tho!

This just stinks!!!!!

Thanks for letting me whine Tongue out

Jill...Call your onc. When I get a persistent pain or other anomaly, I do just that. If you describe your major issues, s/he or the nurse should be able to judge if you need to be seen. Waiting until January will drive you crazy. And if it's nothing....well, isn't that what you want to hear?

    Do it.

    Jill:

I agree with Marin - you'll never be able to wait until January questioning all of these things.  So, bite the bullet and call!!!  You'll feel so much better if you do.

    Blessings,

    Pat

I would call the onc.  See if he will order a scan.  You are not supposed to see the onc til after the holidays and why weigh them down with thoughts of cancer.  Get your scans and all clear so you can enjoy your babies.  The aches and pains could be anything but your history of cancer makes you think the worst.  Eliminate the worst so you can move on.
