I can't figure out how to PM someone--anyone know how?

For me the font is so big its giving me a headache. I can't seem to shrink it down to normal font. Any ideas? Fumi, you're usually good with that?

You only see the atavars if you log in??!!

I know it takes time to get use to things after change...but I've come to this board several times now the last day 1/2 and I found myself leaving without even trying to read or post because I just don't like the major changes.  Its too much all at once for me.  Guess I'm getting to old.  The other format seemed SO EASY to find what you wanted.   I'm totally frustrated with the whole thing.  But I'm sure in time if I give it a chance I *might* learn to like it.

I tried to log in yesterday and couldn't find my favorite boards.  I think the new format is very difficult to navigate.  I can't find my old friends.  I was hoping it was just an issue on the weekend and would be cleared up on Monday.  Not so.....

What happened to my avitar. Don't tell me I lost it! I can't remember how to get it back!

Linda, sorry if I can be wrong as I have no idea what username you used to use on the old forum, but is this what you are looking for?

If so, right-click on the pic and save it onto your computer and follow those instructions.

1. Click on "My Home" link up above the screen.
2. You will see three sections on your "My Home" page: "My Activity", "My Profile" and "My Preferences". Click on "My Profile".
3. Click on "edit" right next to "Public Information".
4. Scroll down to the bottom and go to "Upload my avatar" box.
5. Hit "browse" button. A small window will pop up and browse to the image file you want to use as an avatar. Select it and hit "Open" button on that small window.
6. Make sure the directory to the location of your image file is pasted in "Upload my avatar" box. It should be something like "C:\My Documents\avatar.jpg".
7. Scroll down to the end and hit "Save & Exit" button. This is a very important step. If you move to another page before hitting "Save & Exit", nothing will be saved.

Hi Kathy, I love the new picture of you and Sarah! I hope she is feeling well.  When you log on to a subject, the first message in the thread is on top.  Just below that original message you will see page numbers and 'jump to bottom'.  I usually start there on my favorite threads since I check them regularly.  It does take some getting used to and i have to get my picture back up too. Maybe over the weekend when I can get my daughter to help.  Good to see you agian, Carol
