Hi, I'm new to the site. I want to fill my freezer with healthy, meal-sized packages for my reconstruction recovery. I want to be able to toss it into the microwave and be done with it. However, I don't eat processed frozen food any more... much... .

Do any of you have good, healthy, freezable recipes for me to try?

Wendy

Also, you can ask this question over on the 'Healthy recipes...' section here and peruse some of the recipes others have posted there. Good luck with your reconstruction!

Amy's frozen organic veggie pot pies are pretty good.  One of them has soy and the other doesn't and I can't remember which does or doesn't.  The one without is pretty good.  I put it in the oven with some Tony Chachere's creole seasoning powder on top.

I'm triple negative and very interested in following the WINS diet protocol including the seemingly important element of working closely with a dietician or nutritionist.  The research demonstrates that following the low-fat diet alone does not reduce risk of recurrence.  The combination of following the diet along with regular consultations with the nutritionist is the key.

Does anyone know of resources in Los Angeles that I could contact re: WINS??
