well I just did a GOOGLE search and several interesting links displayed.

I do know someone diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma about 15 years ago at age 28 who pursued a micro diet (not sure if the correct term). She eats organic no dairy, lots of fish and sea weed products.  Obviously very good results as she is fine.  Certainly worth doing more research on! Joann

I drink barley grass powder and one of the other ingredients in there is kelp.  I've read that it was good for us, but never really looked into it.

In addition to the barley grass, I often use sea veggie capsules. These were given to me by my oncologist as they help support thyroid function and have other benefits. The company who makes the prep I take is called NatureSpirit Herbs and they will sell direct to the public. They also have powdered kelps and dried fronds to add to soups, stews and other dishes. I find these have a salty flavor and not too 'fishy'.

Their website has some articles on the benefits of the sea vegetables, but keep in mind that this site sells the products. You might check other sites for verification. One caution: It is possible that the use of kelp may overstimulate the thyroid when someone is using thyroid meds.

I like to eat dulse. I buy eden organics brand and I eat it right out of the bag as a snack. It is loaded with minerals that are supposed to be good for you!
