Need help - looking for a lung cancer site

The husband of a colleague of mine has been diagnosed with lung cancer. I'm looking for a site (as wonderful, helpful and supportive as breastcancer.org is for we bc-ers!!) that I can recommend to them. Any suggestions very welcome. Jo

    I suggest the website Lung Cancer Support Community at
    www.lchelp.org
    It has very active message boards ("Our users have posted a total of 305626 articles  We have 3511 registered users") and live chat. You can find links to other lung cancer websites here

    I just wanted to tell you that "waving" suggested the same site I WAS just going to give to you.  My Mother had Stage IV lung cancer and I was lost and needed LOTS of help and information.  Those people on that board are AWESOME!! They jump right in and help you asap.  I tried a few others...and not one of them were as helpful as that one.  So YES...check out:
