update on mom 8/13/07

Well,my mom is still taking Arimidex so far so good. She is also taking Morphine for the pain which is helping her a lot. She will also start radiation next week.

She is very angry with her condition.

    Mary, glad your mom is doing well. Maybe being angry with her condition will make her fight harder. Sounds like your mom has some spunk and fight and that's exactly what she needs to overcome this. Good luck to both of you. I'm in your mom's corner fighting with her and you! Dianne

    My mom had her first bone treatment yesterday 8/14. She feels pretty good. Next week she will start her radiation. Also as soon as she get an 8 hours home aid she will be going back home. My sister needs a break! She is not to happy but, it have to be done.
