Balsamic Strawberries with Greek Yogurt

This makes an easy tasty breakfast, lunch or snack. Modified from a recipe I saw in SELF magazine last year. The balsamic vinegar carmelizes the sugar. Sounds weird but tastes good. It would probably also be good with mangos or peaches but I haven't tried it yet.

Per serving:
One cup small or sliced strawberries. Sprinkle with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon brown sugar (or regular sugar). Drizzle 1/2 to 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar over berries. Let sit for 1 hour.
Take a nice glass or dish (I use a martini glass). Put 1/2 to 1 cup fat free greek yogurt (I use FAGE brand) in glass. Top with strawberries. Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon slivered almonds. Enjoy!
