Hi Everyone, When I was first diagnosed last year my hubby did lots of reading on "natural healing", we both already eat pretty well, no fast food, no fired food, but not OVER THE TOP, already taking tons of vitamins, etc. But anyway he bought the book Juicing For Life and a great new juicer, and have added that to the daily routine, I am ashamed to say I was never a vegetable eater as should be, but now, its beet, cabbage, carott, spinich, and every vegetable you can think of juiced, ad some ginger root (highly recommended for cancer) tastes pretty good. Ok they do look a little weird some of them, but its all about beating it!! So cheers to all!!! Bottoms up!!!

I like juicing. I don't like the clean up though.

    My juicing recipe, mostly organic:

broccoli, 1/2 beet and it's greens, carrot, bok choy, radishes, ginger root, spinach, cauliflower, kale, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1 tlbs of olive oil which is important to absorb vitamin K from the veggies.

I juice the radishes first because I love to see that pink color go into the glass.

sounds like a good one, I will certianly try it -thank you. My husband see's the whole process as an adventure, I personally have never used the new juicer we have, it is quite funny because he see'e the juicer as a POWER TOOL! Men and their tools, the clean-up with this one pretty easy though he says, but we learned the hard way, never leave the cabbage remains in the in house garbage!!! Ha-ha Thanks again for the recepie, there are some favorites I have, i'll post a few later today. Some of the vegie ones also make great soup stock
