OMG!!!!!!!
You would think I would learn not to read something like this at work!!!!!
Im on lunch break so thought I would check in here to try to catch up....
I had just taken a swallow of my Pepsi when Joan talked about the tummy through the leg hole view!!!! I thought I was going to blow it all over my office before I could swallow!!!!
What a wonderful thread
I wear bikini's like some of others around here....Thongs are the things I wear on my feet!!!!
I remember the first time I realized they had changed the product to go with the name...I was walking across a river on a downed log with a friends 13 yr old, he was walking behind me, I slipped on the moss and said something about thongs not being the right thing to wear.....
Of course being a 13 yr old boy he had to fill me in on the correct word usage!! bad thing was....he filled in the entire camp when we got back....his first words to everyone around the campfire "Hey, did ya all know Jule wears thongs?" with a huge grin on his face....
I love this thread will be sure to check back and see how its going with the panties ladies .
Hugs
Jule -
I hope I'm not going to need these anytime soon.
-
When kotex came out with the pads with sick'em on it, my dh asked "doesn't that hurt to take off"? I roared!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
It took him a minute to realize that the stick'em went on the panty side, not the person side!!!
I still remind him about that. (he was an only child) -
Got to add one thing. Wouldn't mind having that skinny body up there, but would like to have the top half to go along with the bottom half.
-
Dotti, that would be painful. LOL Too funny.
-
Joan,
Next time you see your neighbor ask her if she wants you to pick her up some "dust rags" - tell her you saw her eyeing them enviously..hehe
I like cheekies and hiphuggers...
I used this body slimmer for my wedding called Spanx - they didn't need undies - they had a hole in the bottom which was VERY strange - I don't think I peed once during my wedding probably because I felt so weird about that hole..hehe -
When my girlfriend got married she had the slimming Spanx too...she said the same thing about peeing.....about 1/2 through the reception she "demanded" that we needed to take a break to change....took me a few mintues to figure out what the hurry was...she looked so beautiful in her gown, but in all honesty she was getting a little concerned that the hemline was going to soon be turned yellow!!!!!.
-
I have to say, I love going comando. I hate wearing underwear. I "Britney it" whenever I can!
-
Shirley, ??????
"I hope I'm not going to need these anytime soon. "
<whisper> Are those Depends?
I am so scared!
Actually, about my neighbor who stopped by, I think she was startled by all these very large, pad-like undies lying around that were definately...not clean. She is young and probably hasnt experienced "granny Panties" much less using old rags for dusting (Now they have paper treated with dust spray or floor cleaner for every occasion.)
I didnt realize at the time, but when I walked into the living room the next day, it was...pretty strange-looking.
I also realixed later that I DID need something from the market.
Stick-on pads for THONGS??Whyyyyy?Who WOULD need to wear thongs then?
Yes, I can say EWWWWWW>
And Deb, I really think they should go ahead and make something for the string. It must get kinda nasty even not on THOSE DAYS.
And Janice, I gotta say going commando is easier when one is older.I find this is the only advantage to being...dried up.
And now I have to tell a joke:
Why do girls have legs?
So they dont leave trails like snails.
TCH!(ewwww) -
OMG, I have been a "panty thread lurker" up til now...but Joan, I just inhaled lemon water and spewed it on my monitor.
Bugs
(who does the commando thing when working out)..and yes, I can say working out with a straight face these days -
OMG!! You totally crack me up Joan!! I am laughing so hard on the "dried up" aspect to going commando.
One time while in my our not so dried up teens I loaned a swimsuit to my cousin, let's just say it was hers to keep afterward. No more need be said.
Oh, and have you ever bought pantyhose that were ABU?? Somebody actually swapped out a commando used pair and I re-purchased them. EWWWWWW!!! I had no problem exchanging them. Nobody wanted to verify that the merchandise was used. -
This thread is SOOOOOOOOO great!!! Sure is alot of spewing drinks going on now days .....
I think it is absolutely wonderful that we can all laugh together!!!!
Hugs
Jule
P.S. Oh and the commando thing....hmmmmmm not sure I would be comfy but would sure try that before I would the butt floss....and YES EWWWWWWWWW!!! -
I have been lurking on this thread also and have been laughing out loud. My 16 year old son informed me nothing was that funny. I just said yes it is. I also wear the "granny panties" and when I pull them all the way up I also have the fat rolls showing through the leg holes. It is very funny. When my husbands grandmother died his mom went and bought new underwear for her to be buried in. She accidentally bought bikini underwear. We have had a good laugh about how Granny will be waiting for her when she gets to heaven and will be wanting to know "why". I love this thread. Bonny
-
Bonny, --heeheehee!the belly through the leg holes.it is SO crazy!!!Hey, maybe Granny will be all completely cool and wishing she found bikinis earlier.
Julie it IS wonderful we can all laugh together. For once there is no undertone of rue or sadness, just crazy , merry humor. It reminds me of a big sorority outing, after a meeting. But without the beer.Laughing is a very good medicine.Isnt it?
The commando thing , to me, is nice on special occasions when you dont want a panty line, when you have a very full skirt on (of darker color if you are younger~~:>),if you're in a real hurry,... certain times it's very good.
The thing about it, dont fret it.One day it will just happen naturally!
Lini there has to be SOMETHING good about the SEs of the drugs we are given.Heehee--going commando!!
Yikes, ABU pantihose from a commando!Awful!I hope you discovered it before you put them on.
(everybody say:)EEEWWWWWWWWWW!
Your cousin is better.
Bugs, LOl--do you work out in a gym?Well anyway, you probably wear spandex pants or tights, I'm sure it works.Do the men love to work out near you?
I'm so glad you came in.Laughter is the BEST, although y'all be careful with the nose-spewing.Heehee. -
Thanks for the laughs girls ..... have to admit, since I have been on Arimidex, I have that roll and today I was dying! I kept having to pull up my undies!! I kept thinking I need to go to Kohls and buy new undies so they don't roll off the tummy roll!!! Then I saw this thread and realized I am not alone!!!!
-
My aunt had saying " I laughed so hard tears ran down my legs"
-
I love this thread. It is so much fun. Bonny
-
I was a little nervous to peak in here this morning!!!! Im at worked again so didnt know if my monitor could take another spewing bath two days in a row ....
The laughter that this thread had created is one of the best feelings Ive had in a very long time and I sooooo hope that it doesnt get nixed like some of the other threads....
Oh my goodness: granny in bikini's.....I feel a haunting coming on!!!! My grammy would have swooped down and kissed my cheek if I had done something like that just because she was game to try alot.....she lived about 300 miles from us and one time my older brother went to see her on his motorcycle....when he came home, she was WITH him!!!!! Mind you she was 72 at the time!!!! I thought my dad was going to have a coranary right there in the front yard when he saw them drive in....
Jule -
Oh and I forgot....
Im with Joan about the EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW Lini, I cant imagine why no one wanted to check them to be sure you werent kidding them .....EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
and the jury is still out for me and the commando thing, but I can see where it would fit my life style pretty well, hmmmmmm might have to give it a try, you ladies have almost talked me into it....
Smiles
Jule -
It's sorta like the first time you went without a bra---very sexy feeling when the breeze floats by.
-
I might have to try the commando thing. Definitely better than butt floss.
-
Yep, me too Bonny.....
Sounds like Dotti has the right idea...if we can make it feels like it makes us sexier then why not try it...can always put our panties back on .....
You ladies are a hoot!!!!!! -
especially if you tell your sig. other about it during a party. heee heee
-
Oh Dotti,
What a great idea!!!!!!....that is really sneaky!! but Im betting it gets the point across very well . -
Oh my.... I am old, but definitely not experiencing the dried up thing that chemo was supposed to cause by putting me on Pause. In addition, when I laugh or sneeze, I have tears rolling down my legs! (thanks for that one... love it tgirl). Commando is not in my forseeable future. I would like to have those big blue panties, though. They look like they would fit me.
Miss S -
OK, I guess I'll need to explain the thong panty liner issue. I only wear thongs except for some 'special occasions' when I'll wear some lacy little boycut things. And for everyday, I always wear the thong liners! They really work, ya'll, and have a thin piece that goes up some along the 'string.' It sounds like everyone here finds them uncomfortable, but that's what I find panties with 'full coverage' because they cling and bunch up and are just plain unpredictable. Then there's the lines they create! Nope, just can't do 'em!
Oh yeah, also do commando, but THEN only on REALLY special occasions !
Marin -
So personal question: When you ladies do commando, do you wear a panty liner on your shorts/pants? Or do you only do commando with skirts/dresses? I'm all about the health/cleanliness thing and don't your good clothes get wet if you are still with hormones or had a fun night?? By the way, I hate panty liners. Only wear them that time of month. Those things bunch and turn. Is there a preferred brand??
-
This thread made me smile harder than I have in a long time - my cheeks hurt. (No, not those cheeks!)
Anne -
Joan-sorry...no fancy gym for me. Just the treadmill and me. Hmm, wonder if I would be brave enough to go commando if I went jogging in the neighborhood............
I've gone commando to Wal-Mart before, does that count?
Bugs -
I go commando when wearing exercise shorts- they have the little white cotton reinforcement in the crotch and I wear clean ones every day and then throw them in the wash...no mess and no bunching up! I also go without on occasion when wearing a skirt on a date with my guy..and make sure to let him know !
