Herceptin and mood swings

Hi,

Does anyone get mood swings from herceptin? The days following the infusion, I feel so agressive, which is unlike me. Wondering if it's the drug or perhaps I am having post treatment depression?

    I feel so depressed for a couple days after infusion, and can't tell if it's the fact that i've been to the 'cancer hospital' or if it's the drug.... maybe both.

    I get very moody before and after, i think it might be stress getting a cancer drug and being at the hospital.

    Wow, I haven't noticed anything like that. I get my infustions every 3 weeks, so I get a triple dose each time I go. I just had a herceptin infusion about 12 hours ago. I'll try and keep track if I have any mood changes.

    I haven't noticed that I get anything either. But my latest infusion was 8 hours ago, I'll try to pay attention.

    So glad to hear that others also have mood swings with Herceptin. My Dr. said it is not a side effect but I can barely get home before I am feeling so aggressive and very teary. This is only my 6th treatment of Herceptin so I too was thinking it is the anxiety of the needle again.
