Protein Peanut Butter Balls

Makes 30 balls

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
1 cup protein powder (I use Whole Foods Whey Protein Powder in vanilla)

4 cups of any combination of the following:

granola
oatmeal
oat bran
wheat germ
flax seed
sunflower seeds
peanuts
chocolate chips
raisins
dried cranberries or other dried berries

1. Mix peanut butter, honey and protein powder.

2. Add 4 cups of the additional ingredients. (I use granola , seeds, wheat germ and dried berries and peanuts if I have them...sometimes slivered almonds).

3. To make the perfect balls, play around with the honey (if it's too dry) andoatmeal bran (too moist) until the balls hold their shape and aren't too gooey.

4. Now, roll the balls to about 1 cm and refrigerate or freeze.

ENJOY!!!!

Sounds good Marin and I think this will be something healthy that my son will actually agree to try.

For something that is healthy, this really sounds good. I just spent a weekend with my skinny sisters (floating the Comal River in a BATHING SUIT!!!) and am now desperate to change my diet and my shape. I'll be trying these.
