Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for another beautiful day! Thank you for my family, friends and children. Thank you for the many blessings you have bestowed on me and my family. Please help heal and find a cure for this disease. In your name I pray. Amen.

Another dawn breaks
Another sunrise
Another day unfolds
What today holds for me
I wonder!!!

Nature's palette
Adorns the morning sky
Hues of blue, gold, pink and peach
Aesthetically merge
To brighten the day.

Would my day be
As shining as the blazing gold
Or as rosy and promising as the pink
I ponder??

Would the blue sky
Drive my blues away
Or would it be another day
All peaches and cream
Laced with new dreams, new hopes.

But I will call upon God,
and the LORD will save me,
In the evening, and at dawn, and at noon,

to quietly stop and pray

If you have any trial which seems intolerable, pray, -- pray that it be relieved or changed. There is no harm in that. We may pray for anything, not wrong in itself, with perfect freedom, if we do not pray selfishly. One disabled from duty by sickness may pray for health, that he may do his work; or one hemmed in by internal impediments may pray for utterance, that he may serve better the truth and the right...
But the answer to the prayer may be, as it was to Paul, not the removal of the thorn, but, instead, a growing insight into its meaning and value. The voice of God in our soul may show us, as we look up to Him, that His strength is enough to enable us to bear it.
