should i be worried..

Hi,i mentioned a while ago about my doc arranging a bone scan, appointment was set for a months time. average wait in the uk..ive now found 2/3 lumps in my left breast. after a trip to the docs to get it checked ( not painfull but a stinging sensation) all hell has let loose and after examining me has faxed the hosp for an asap appointment at the breast clinic ! I had a T2 N1 M0 grade 3. right mastectome and chemo..12 months ago. i get so confused with all the info about grading etc..is there a chance it could be back or never really gone.
