Has anyone tried Gua Sha?

I happened to come across gua sha tools on Amazon. I was curious if anyone has used gua sha to help with their lymphedema?

    I never had lymphedema but did grow up getting gua sha whenever I had stomach flu symptoms as it was believed to be caused by “cold air” getting trapped inside the body. Gua sha does heat up the body and improve circulation, so it may help with lymphedema.
