Hormonal Therapy after 5 years

I am currently 35 and was diagnosed with triple positive bc at age 31. So I just celebrated 4 years. Yay! I’ve been on tamoxifen and lupron for those 4 years. I’m really struggling as a young, newly married women in early menopause. I talk to my oncologist about coming off lupron after 5 years but all I ever get is a look. I’m willing to do what I need to do, but I want to see studies and statistics. Is being in menopause after 5 years making a difference or just making my life miserable. Does anyone know of any studies out there for being on lupron and tamoxifen after 5 years
