Chemotherapy or Surgery for Recurrence?

I've been dealing with a recurrence since May. My surgical treatment was a no brainer because I first had lumpectomy, so mastectomy was the next step. But if I were you, I'd want it out. I feel like once it comes back once, it's a ticking time bomb. That's just me though, I have no statistics to back that up.
