Hi just saw this topic so might be too late, but I had Goldilocks reconstruction in July 2021. I was a DDD cup and had BMX with reconstruction at same time. I was interested in going flat, but my oncologist recommended Goldilocks as she felt flat results are not always as good with larger breasts. I’m now an A or small B, and am very pleased with the decision. My surgery was under 5 hours, sent home same day (newer protocol due to COVID) had little to no pain from incisions, one drain each side-the most uncomfortable part! Healing was very smooth, had slower wound healing on one side at intersection (for lack of better term) of incisions, but all closed up well. At 61 yrs old with cardiovascular issues I wanted to avoid additional surgeries so this approach worked best for me. I’m open to questions, I know I had trouble finding personal experiences with this procedure. Hope this helps, good luck
