Hey everyone,

I am part of a mental health cancer support team who run free, online wellbeing programs for cancer survivors. These programs are completely online (can be completed from any location in your own time) and are focused on improving wellbeing and mental health - we realise how difficult it can be to cope even after primary treatment finishes. We also acknowledge that it isn't always easy to reach out for support. These programs are run as part of a research trial so that we can discover better ways to support individuals after cancer treatment ends (moderator approval received). Importantly, our programs are open to everyone, regardless of whether you are coping well or finding it challenging after treatment. We would love to invite you to take part.

If this interests you, here is a link so that you can sign up directly: https://redcap.link/cancope

And here is our website that explains the programs in more detail: https://cancope.weebly.com

I look forward to hearing back from any of you! Please feel free to contact our team directly at psych.cancope@monash.edu - we are more than happy to answer any questions.

Thank you, Isabelle :)
