hi, I am 38, had bilateral DIC, 6cm each tumor, 5/11 positive nodes in one arm and 6/13 nodes in the other arm.

Margins were not clear in the one breast. had a bilateral mastectomy, busy with chemo, radiation and tamoxifen to follow.

just wanting real life recurring and none recurring stories of someone with similar diagnosis to me.

You know it's such a crapshoot and while we can look at odds, reality is that it's a binary outcome for the individual. You either recur or you don't. I went from stage 1A to mets, there are plenty of 3B and 3C who have not recurred.

You can look at population probabilities at Predict https://breast.predict.nhs.uk/tool

    & LifeMath http://www.lifemath.net/cancer/

and then just do what you can control. I think the evidence based interventions are aerobic exercise & maintain healthy BMI.

I would also add avoid known carcinogens
