reverse breast hardening?

I am 10 years post lumpectomy and radiation. In the last year my breast has become very significantly harder and smaller. The skin is puckering and the tissue underneath hurts.
Does anybody have suggestions for reversing or preventing further breast fibrosis?

I suggest getting in to see your PCP for evaluation.

I would go straight to the radiation oncologist or breast surgeon if possible.

I recently had my mammogram which showed new large calcifications but no cancer (biopsy was benign). I just saw my GYN who did a breast exam. Both Drs say that this hardening and shrinking is just a side effect of the radiation.
It seems so pronounced to me and it's uncomfortable so I was hoping you women would have some suggestions for treatment?
When I did some research it seems that fat grafting is a possibility but with limited success.
