PAKNC - Interesting that you fasted to heal nerve pain. It's been 4 years since the sciatica I had for many years finally healed. I wonder how much of that is due to my regular fasts. My focus was on medication and physically rehab.

FYI: I don’t know if the fasting or icing during taxol helped prevent neuropathy, but so far, I haven’t experienced neuropathy. If fasting will help with healing from all the chemo, then for me it’s worth adding to my weekly routine

I fasted and iced during Taxol and have no neuropathy from chemo. I have one little spot on the side of a toe with a little numbness, but that's from my sciatica. Most of the time I don't notice it.
