Change from TNBC to hormonal positive breast cancer

Hello

Just curious how many of you changed later from TNBC to hormone positive? Thank you in advance. I’m running out of options and really would like to know how common this is. Thanks in advance and special thanks to @moth for the help too

    Hi, it is rare but not unheard of. I know we discussed it on the board before & I had a link to an article but I cannot find it now.

    This is from 2011 but I think the numbers were sort of what I remembered '12.6% changed from ER-negative to ER-positive, and 5% went back and forth throughout tumor progression' https://ascopost.com/issues/january-15-2012/change...


    I think there were a handful of HER2+ gain in the study I saw.
