heart murmur

Hi all

it has been a while-- as always I come here for reassurance. At pcp yesterday and she found a "slight" heart murmur- and also my cholesterol, for the first time has gone up to "boderline" high. She was unconcerned about the murmur and scheduled and echocardiogram--- but I am a little worried. After all this I surely don't want to die of a heart attack! I am overall healthy- but do have a few extra COVID pounds. Anyone have an adult heart murmur and have any advice?

    hi sweetie I wasn't diagnosed with heart condition like murmur until I went thru cancer treatment. But thank God it s gone with meds. The side effects that still remain are Asthma. Cardiomyopathy all under control like eating right exercise keeping doc app. These things made a big difference for me . msphil IDC stage2 0/3 nodes 3mo chemo before and after Lmast got married as we were planning at diagnosis. Then 7wks rads and 5yrs on tamoxifen. Praise God a 27yr Survivor. Hold on.

    I have 3 different things going on in my heart. Still kicking at 72 yo.
