tight muscle after reconstruction & additional fat grafting

Hello, I had a BMX in August 2020 and silicone implants placed above the muscle in November 2020. Two questions...

I had fat grafting done at time of reconstruction as well, but my body reabsorbed it within months and I now have rippling and some divot (not too bad) at top of breasts. Has anyone had additional fat grafting that "stuck"? My PS says it's cumulative - each time some stays and some gets reabsorbed - but I'm wondering if going back for more fat grafting is worth the trouble.

My right chest muscle (three nodes taken that side vs. none on other if that had anything to do with it) was tighter than left but it seemed to get better with time and possibly exercise. I have been exercising (weights) much less over summer and the tightness (chest into my armpit) seems to have returned - but it's really difficult - because of partial numbness - to tell if it's sore or just tight. Anyone experience this with over-the-muscle implants? More on one side but not other?

I plan to see PS soon but usually hearing other's experiences helps me with what to ask him.
