Micro metastasis in SLN after neoadjuvant chemo

I had neoadjuvant followed by lumpectomy and sentinel lymph node removal., 5 of them.

I had one or two positive lymph nodes on CT scan prior to chemo, unfortunately they were not biopsied and not tagged. Had lumpectomy on 13 th of May one node with treatment effect, another had micro metastasis of 0..3 mm. My BS does not know if I should have Axillary lymph node dissection or go for Radiation, since the positive lymph node on CT was not tagged, so she is going to present my case to tumor board..

There seems to be complete resolution of my invasive cancer in the breast.

Any one is in similar situation? and how were you treated?

    I had same, after surgery of DMX, the tumor of almost 3cm was completely gone, but the doctor found one micromet in my sentinel node so he went with Level one and level two axillary dissection in others words 25 nodes were taken after the sentinel nodes and they were all clear

    I will also have 15 rounds of radiation

    Let me know abt ur treatment plan afterwards

    I got 3 opinions

    First one said I should go for ALND.

    Other Two said I need radiation any way even if I have the dissection, so leaning towards Radiation and Kadcyla 14 treatment
