28, male & Worried about possible Paget's disease of the nipple
hello, im age 28, male and from morocco, i never had any serious condition in the past beside a ruptured right eardrum and the chronic tinnitus that came from it.
but in the past 1 or 2 months i noticed a pain in my left nipple thats hurts when i touch it, also it feels like theres a small lump underneath it that i can move around, and when i looked up breast cancer symptoms for men and i noticed all of them say painless lump, so i thought its just an infection that would heal itself over time.
almost a month later now, i check back on it again, only to find the areola darkned quite a bit and theres scaly skin around the nipple, which from what ive checked are also breast cancer symptoms, so that got me even more worried now,
although the pain still persists when i touch it and there was never any discharge of any form coming from it, so im not sure if its a form of cancer or something more harmless like an infection
sadlyi cant post any links at the time to show how it looks,
the areola itself beside the parts around the nipple looks realtively normal beside the slightly darker color, so im still hopefull it might not be cancer,
but i do plan to visit a doctor soon after buying a new motorcycle,
let me know what you guys think, its really important to me to hear opinions of people more familar with this
and sorry for any mispelling, english is not my native language

Hi Sanageyama and welcome to Breastcancer.org,
We're sorry you find yourself here and worrying, but we're glad you've reached out to our helpful Community.
Please know that Paget's Disease is a relatively rare diagnosis itself. As well, breast cancer in people your age and male breast cancer diagnoses also are rare circumstances. However, we're happy you're being diligent about your health, and encourage you to seek the opinion of your doctor to investigate further.
We hope you get answers soon. Please let us know how it turns out!

Welcome sanageyama! Also sorry you find yourself here... I hope you're able to see a doctor soon - esp. since you mentioned a month going by as it is.... It sounds like your new motorcycle will offer you the transportation you need? I hope you are able to schedule soon! Sending positive thoughts.....
