Treated early stage breast cancer itself usually wouldn't impact fertility.

Treatments might either temporarily or permanently impact either fertility or the viability/health of a pregnancy. Coming off medication for the sake of pregnancy/conception could increase a women's risk of recurrence.

Many women DO have children after HR+ breast cancer. Your doctor should either be willing to discuss or to refer you to a cancer fertility specialist.

Hi, I just got the news that I am pregnant in my 6th gestation week. After I had 5 years of hormone therapy until last July/2020. I had 2 years of baby break and now is my 10th month. After the birth I have to do hormone therapy for 2 more years as far as I know.

Do you know what is good to do from point of view of food, excercise and medication that should be avoided? What are the tests that are good to be done? How often?

My oncology doctor is in Belgium, but I moved to live in Bulgaria. Now with Covid and pregnancy traveling by airplain is not recommended. Any guidance from ladies who pass through such pregnancy period wil very much appreciated. I do not have an oncology or mammo doctor in Bulgaria which makes me feel insecure.
