both implants look weirdly fuller and feel harder

So I had double mx November 2017, reconstruction with silicone implants November 2018.

I've had some feeling of fullness on and off on my cancer side where I had radiation.

But now BOTH my implants feel full and uncomfortably tight, even the non-cancer side. They both look a bit rounder and fuller. Any ideas on what's happening? I've lost a considerable amount of weight in the last few months (nearly 30 pounds) and they were looking pretty saggy - especially the non-cancer side, since I have literally only the implants and then a thin layer of skin covering them, no tissue whatsoever.

They both feel tight and weird.

Pesky904 I would suggest you make a return visit to your plastic surgeon. It sounds as though you might be developing some encapsulation due to scar tissue. Do you massage your foobs regularly? My PS wants me to squish them every time I go to pee to keep things loose and free(which these days means multiple times a day and night). If some scar tissue is developing, a qualified LE therapist can do wonders loosening that up.

Thanks, Rah, for the reply! My onc surgeon is out on sick leave (with cancer, no less) and my plastic retired so I've been trying to find a new one.

They've told me there's definitely scar tissue on the cancer side, but no one's ever mentioned that it would ever need to be removed. Funny how no one ever told me the foobs need to be massaged. But this fullness/tightness in both the cancer side and non cancer side seems to have come on overnight so I wonder if it's fluid retention or something. I'll try massaging starting today and see if I can see a difference soon.
