Itching nipple with foul smell

Hi. I am 60 and have a itchy nipple that comes and goes but just recently it now has an odor. Anyone have this happen? Thank you.

    Hi Grammy2be, Itching could be a sign of anything, but odor is usually a sign of infection. Possibly from scratching? Call your Gyn or Pcp tomorrow for an appointment to be seen. Any redness or swelling? Don't wait!
