Exemestane (aromasin) and runny nose?

Anyone have this side effect? I googled it and found that it is less common, but I've been on it for quite a few years and my nose seems to run a lot. I don't suffer from allergies, so I just wondered.

    Hi claireinaz, I am on tamoxifen and even with taking zyrtec every day my nose is running. The grass is turning green and the weeping cherry has blossomed. I think that is contributing to my runny nose!

    I've taken exemestane for three years, and my nose runs a lot. I initially thought it was because I lost ALL my hair during chemo. Unfortunately, my runny nose continues three years later. Antihistamines aren't effective. I wonder if something else is going on.

    Hi. My noise has run constantly since I had chemo a year ago. I feel like I have allergies but I don't and allergy meds don't help. Mucinex will dry it out sometimes but I don't wan to take that all the time. I'm also on Exemestane, not sure if that has made it worse. It drives me crazy especailly in the morning, seems better as day goes on.
