I have a unique situation. I had a bilateral mastectomy on January 12 with TE placement. Due to my Sentinel biopsy coming back with macrometastasis 2/2 nodes I had a work up done. Which led to needing an MRI, which meant my TE needed to be removed. I had 2 fills done on a Friday and had implants placed the following week on February 10. I know this is not how anyone wanted this to go down. I’m 4 weeks post op from the second surgery. I’m not sure how to explain it but something feels off. It feels like something heavy on my chest. I used to have DDD 36 breasts. I wasn’t even told the size I have, they’re small. I’m okay with that. I just can’t tell if this is how they are supposed to feel?

    Hi Lost47,

Many women report that their breasts do feel heavy for the first months post surgery, as the skin stretches and the muscles heal. However, it's always worth talking with your PS if you are concerned.

Hoping others chime in here though too!

    Warmly,
