Tendinopathy after aromatase inhibitors?

I experienced tendonitis while ON an AI -- letrozole. My MO at the time told me that this is a known side effect of letrozole.

I ended up going to a podiatrist who made custom supports for my feet. They were inserts that provided more support. They helped at the time. Oddly enough, while I was still on letrozole, a few years later the tendonitis vanished too. But then my knees started bothering me.

I think that all of these things are well documented SEs of the AIs.
