    ALovingDaughter - have you tried searching the board - I think a few HER2+ people have mentioned trying it. Are you doing it inside a trial? Also, would help if you completed the diagnosis signature. Is this for advanced or metastatic presentation? You might find more response in other forums but I don't know where to point you without more details about the diagnosis & what treatments you've already tried.

    according to the manufacturer based on a phase 3 trial, there was some pfs (progression free survival) observed but no oversall survival benefit https://www.hcp.novartis.com/products/tykerb/her2-...

    hello! thank you for citing a research but i prefer hearing how patients responded to the treatment rather than reading research studies since it has an objective view and the study sample is limited to a number of participants and does not represent the patients as a whole :)
