I just saw this article and don't know the appropriate place to post it. https://www.studyfinds.org/new-breast-cancer-drug-destroy-tumors/ It sounds very promising and evidently there are clinical trials going on now.

    Hello all!

I am new to this site. I decided to join in and share my journey with triple negative breast cancer. I was on IV Keytruda throughout my treatment process. I tolerated it well until just before my last planned treatment (about 1 year). I developed toxicity to Keytruda and had to stop infusions. I believe Keytruda played a major role in my treatments and outcome. I had chemo, surgery then radiation. At the time of surgery, Chemo and Keytruda had done their jobs. I was blessed to receive a pathologically complete response. I do have side effects now. I take 10mg of Prednisone daily to help keep the autoimmune driven arthritis in my hip, ribs and back calmed down. I have tried to taper off the Prednisone, but the pain is unbearable and over the counter meds do not help. My oncologist has me on the 10 mg for now. Time will tell if I can eventually be off of the Prednisone. I am thankful for the options I had to tackle my cancer.
