Standard of Care

Is there a resource where I can look at the standard of care for the type of cancer and treatments and percentages? I’m sorry if this is confusing.

I am waiting for my pathology to come back from surgery... Originally my mo said I would be having TCHP chemo, surgery, radiation... But now he mention that if pathology was good then there was a chance I would not have to do radiation. (I have had a oncologist change from diagnosis to now, they’re both at the same hospital...one travels to my satellite clinic where I live is the reason for the change.)

I’m just wondering if there is a resource that I can look and see if there is a pcr after bmx, for multi focal invasive HER2 positive bc...is radiation still done, snd how does it change my survival or recurrence percentages...

I will have to travel 2 hours for radiation, so will most likely be moving for the 6 weeks, if I need radiation, and just want to start getting a plan if radiation is the best for me...I have seen where a lot of people do not do radiation after a mx...but because of the large multi focal cancer, mx has been the recommendation from the beginning, when they had said radiation was also part of my treatment plan. What would have changed for my mo to say I may not need radiation?

I just want to do everything possible for me to have a chance at this never coming back, and feel I need to do more research and be better prepared when meeting with my MO, as he kind of dropped the ball on a few things, I wasn’t prepared for.
