Mri, mammogram 6 weeks ago. New lump found in other breast

I just had my lumpectomy 2 weeks ago. Today I found a lump under the nipple of my right breast. I called my surgeon and he is getting me in next week to reassuree and feel it. I'm trying not to go down the rabbit hold since the Mri with and without contrast picked nothing up in my right breast and neither did Mamogram 8 weeks doesn't seem like much could change.

Any advice?

Thank you Alice. I just think it seems unreal that one of the scans wouldn't have picked up something abnormal in the breast. I will keep praying and hope he can get me an appointment. With covid everything is delayed so I will pray he can see me .
