2. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? No. My mother wanted to name me Pamela tho so that my grandfather wouldn't call me Pamelaela

7. DO YOU HAVE A JOURNAL? Yes. I started writing in junior high. In the past 15 years or so I haven't kept much of one - started and stopped. Started writing again with cancer and subsequent crises.

9. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS? Yes. I used to say I have all the parts I was born with - until last year!

13. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG? Yes. I lost some physical strength with surgeries but I'm getting that back. Mentally - yes. Working on the flexibility that goes with that strength. I think that strength got a little too rigid during treatment.

14. FAVORITE PRECIOUS STONE? That's tough. Love emeralds and sapphires. And diamonds of course.

Went out to dinner with a group of colleagues (an MRI company paid for it!) - V1 martini, a little felafel and a little black bean cake with a shrimp on it, a piece of baked brie in pastry. A nice salad. A chic-pea stew thing. A lovely piece of flourless chocolate cake with a little scoop of ice cream and cherries. Glass of wine. Altogether TOO MUCH!!! (That's why I'm sitting here at 1:20 in the morning.)
